How to delete an app account: Within the seemile app, click “setting” at the bottom right of the app -> Click “Contact seemile” -> In the inquiry form, “Request account deletion.” –> The seemile team will check the user account automatically attached to the inquiry form and delete the account and all account-related data.
We will soon develop and update a button to delete an account directly within the app. Until then, please request deletion through the contact function as above.
Types of data deleted: All personal information and app usage data
Storage period: No additional storage period.
