Q: I purchased a license at seemile.com. Do I need to buy another mobile application later?

A : After purchasing the software for the PC,  the mobile application (iPhone/iPad/Android phone) can be used later without additional payment. you can use it by entering the license number you purchased here in your mobile application.

Q : I lost my serial number.

A : For those who purchased the software on website , login to the website and check your serial number at ‘My Page’. And for those who purchased the software in the store, send your purchase receipt to ‘seemileteam@gmail.com’.

Q : Do I have to update the software?

A : The software will automatically notify you to update it when there are new contents or functions available. We highly recommend you to use and enjoy our new contents and improved function. [SEEMILE Mastering] requires authorization on installing. Without the authorization, some of the features will be restricted. This software allows you to install it only three times. All the images, sounds and texts in this software is protected by the copyright law, unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Q : It says that I have exceeded the maximum number of installation, and I can’t install it.
A : "This software can be used by only one buyer. This software can be installed three times. When you have exceeded the number of installation, please send an email to seemileteam@gmail.com explaining the reason.
